Default Bespoke fashion shoes

Is anynoe aware of the existance of a bespoke fashion shoe service based on a high street high volume model rather than a purely orthotist / shoemaker one off service.

There are some US based websites were you can choose heel height, width, material etc. but this is not a fully bespoke service.

Thanks

Justin Blake

FYI: "Bespoke" is very much European terminology .... that according to Dictionary.com means:
Quote:
2. British.
a. (of clothes) made to individual order; custom-made: a bespoke jacket.
b. making or selling such clothes: a bespoke tailor.

When talking about footwear, is not using the terms "custom" and "fashion" in the same sentnce somewhat of an oxymoron?

Why is it that you feel fashion means a heel?

Fashion can be handled by the use of colourful materials or the design of the upper....think outside the square.

Most clients that come to some one like us are most certainly not going to be served by a heel at all, what sort of pathologies do your clients have that come needing fashionable(heeled in your opinion) bespoke..Pedorthic footwear?

Remember you cant put a square peg in a round hole

You also said.....
"....high volume model rather than a purely orthotist / shoemaker one off service...."
Then you said

"....but this is not a fully bespoke service."

Make up your mind which you want, bespoke meaning tailor made for the individual...a one off

I don't have a particular patient in mind.

There are many women who have no foot problems but would like a wider choice of options when choosing their fashion shoes.

Bespoke/custom made/one off - as in the Vision Express model for glasses.

We're all in practice long enough to know that no matter how long you talk and educate that women will still want to wear fashionable shoes.

So from the lack of replies suggesting a company that provides this service I conclude that one doesn't exist - the point of my original posting
