Default Anatomical location of rocker sole axis

Does anyone have any references on the optimum anatomical location for the axis of a rocker on a rocker soled shoe. I have most of the published work on axis location relative to the proportional length of the shoe (van Schie, Long, Bus, Cavanagh etc), but I'm looking for any references on work done that relates to an optimum rocker axis position relative to a specific anatomical location.
Thanks in anticipation.
