My name is Jeremy and I, along with three ultra runners, manage a barefoot/minimalist running site. I have just recently gotten back into running with a minimalist approach and have never felt better. For years I was unable to run due to joint pain and fatigue, but ever since I donned the minimalist shoe I have had fabulous runs and have even done distances that I never thought that I would do. I ran my first 10k race this past Saturday and had been doing some 4-6 mile runs before that.
