Default Health insurance claims for 'orthotic' shoes and sandals

Podiatry Arena members do not see these ads
Can patients claim on their health insurance for shoes and sandals that are customised with postings or orthoses? If so, what about 'orthotic' sandals such as the vasyli range that have a 4 degree post 'built-in'?

Were are located might help? As it all changes with each country and each insurance company and for every level of insurance that your client may have.
