Default ¿ angioma ?

Hola a todos !!!
Hace un año traté uno parecido pero más pequeño y más azulado( pequeño nevus azulado ) , fluctuante al igual que éste con líquido transparente . Lo traté fué muy bien pero a los seis meses otra vez , mi pregunta es si ¿lo dreno y lo trato con crioterapia ?o ¿exéresis amplia ?, sé que algunos recidivan por no extraer el saco que lo envuelve pero , ¿éstos se acompañan de ese saco? pues en el anterior no ví nada , pudo ser por drenar el líquido en la incisión ... ¿ hasta dónde se profundiza dermis , tejido subcutáneo?

Pienso que es angioma porque la paciente dice que lo tiene desde niña . Para diferenciarlo de un higroma es con eco doppler ¿habría otra manera ?.
Los angiomas al no presentar cápsulas bien definidas ¿cuál es la mejor opción de tratamiento ?

Hola,

Lo recomendable sería hacer una biopsia punch para hacer estudio histopatológico y diagnosticar la lesión. Una vez diagnosticada la lesión puedes realizar la exéresis adecuada. Si la lesión es benigna vale con una resección simple. Es importante saber ante que lesión te encuentras porque el aspecto macroscópico en este caso no es suficiente para etiquetar la lesión.

Como dice Brun, lo que yo haría sería biopsiar la zona y mandarlo a A.P. para salir de dudas. Ten en cuenta la cantidad de tejido reseccionado a la hora de la sutura, pes en la zona en la que está, es posible que tengas que dejarlo para que cierre por 2ª intención, debido a su tamaño.
Respecto al tema del líquido transparente, ¿puede ser que vena de la sinovial de la AIF? También debes valorar eso. Tambien puedes mandar el líquido drenado a AP y que te confirmen su origen antes de meterte en faena.
