Even though I have shared this poem a few times with some of you, I think it may be a good time for me to again provide this poem to all of you fathers with young sons. I suggest that you print this poem and post it up on your wall at work or home so you can occasionally be reminded of how you, and your influence, affect your sons.

There are little eyes upon you, and
