Default Traumatismo en calcáneo

Buenas chic@s, a ver si me podeis ayudar con un paciente.
Varon de 31 años con dolor en calcaneo, despues de tener un trauma jugando al futbol. Cayó literalmente sobre el talon.
Le hicieron Rx y el medico no observo nada. Le esta tratando el fisio 5 dias a la semana con ultrasonidos, calor, etc etc, sin notar mejoria, viene a que le valore una posible fascitis.
La unica mejoria la nota con el uso de muletas, desaconsejadas por el fisio.
Tiene dolor en todo el talon, y cuando digo todo es todo, lateral, medial, proximal, distal, en la zona de la insercion del tendon de aquiles.... la zona mas dolororsa es la medial.
No hay dolor a la FD y FP del tobillo, ni a la eversion ni inversion de la ASA.
No tiene parestesias, ni disestesias...
Tiene mucho dolor a la presion directa del calcáneo.
Durante la deambulacion.... bueno no hay deambulacion, es que ni siquiera puede apoyar el talón.

De momento le he puesto una talonera de gel para descargar y que al menos apoye algo el talon, ya que de cambiar la postura ya le duelen otras zonas.
Va a pedir las Rx al medico para traermelas y valorar.

Yo en un principio sigo pensando en una fisura.
Bueno decir que lleva asi mes y medio, y con el fisio 3 semanas.
