You`re not giving us much to work with here, grosit01. If this is a clinical case that you require advice/discussion on, you need to present it appropriately.
Ok, I suppose I'm asking about practioners personal experiences of picking up a Subungle Melanoma. In my seven or so years of practice I've picked up about 5 Malignant Melinomas on the dorsum of the foot, I have only just come across my first Subungle that I am very suspect of.
Most of my past forum experience has been on the topic of modifying cars and motorcycles, usually generisised questions on these forums, open up a discussion for people to put their 2 cents in. Ill be more specific in the future.

grosit01,
I apologise. As a new member I should have said to the Arena.
You have rightly raised a very important issue; diagnosis and treatment of subungual melanoma. It would be beneficial for us all to read the details of your particular case. Would you mind presenting it as a brief case study? If you could post a picture and tell us the patients age, ethnicity, occupation and past and present medical history, that would be great. Then, describe the lesion, detail onset and whether there is matrix involvement and any diagnostic tests performed. We can then discuss differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan, which I`m sure you have already put into action.
