Tengo una paciente de 40 años con un papiloma en la cabeza del IV metatarsiano de varios años de evolución. Empezamos a tratar con ácido nítrico y se ha reducido pero llevamos muchos meses con el tratamiento (8 meses), y no se elimina por completo. Era bastante grande y esta formada por pequeños islotes, como si fueran varias.
