Buenos dias compañer@s!
tengo un caso nuevo que no se muy bien como abordar. Se trata de un paciente sin antencedentes de problemas de salud previos ni alergico a nada que " él sepa". El caso es que desde hace varios años se le "pela el pie" cosa que se acentúa mas en verano.
A la exploracion observo que efectivamente tiene la epidedermis levantada en toda la planta y contorno del pie (ambos pies), con unas pequeños lesiones circulares rojas en la zona del mediopie, y grietas interdigitales que a veces le molestan. No presenta picor ninguno ni exceso de sudoracion ni xerosis. Si tiene onicomicosis en ambos 1º dedos. Utiliza calzado deportivo o cerrado en general todo el dia y calcetines de algodon.
No tengo muy claro que diagnostico darle y en consecuencia no se si tratarlo como algo alergico o micotico?

Lo que tambien pense es en mandarle un cultivo, pero en estos casos....que cojo una muestra de piel no?ya que no hay exudado...

Jabón neutro, tratamiento antitranspirante y una crema hidratante al 20% de urea.

Muy importante que se seque muy bien al salir de la ducha.
Una toalla exclusiva para los pies, tiene que costarle más tiempo secarse bien ambos pies, que el resto del cuerpo y la cabeza juntos.
