I have a patient with bilateral Iliotibial band syndrome. In stance he supinates the right foot and is slightly overpronating the left. He has no leg length discrepancy.
When walking, he externally rotates the right leg and doesn't re-pronate at the end so he lifts off the lateral border of the right foot. The left leg looks quite normal.
What type of device would be most suitable for this guy? He is into running (up to half marathons).
