A great deal of staff turnover surprisingly occurs during the first few months of employment.
If it’s happened in your practice on more than a few occasions, it may be time to investigate the problem. A good way to do so is to ask questions of those who are choosing to leave within 90 days of being hired.....
Re: Success File: Dig for the cause of staff turnover
I have had a great deal of success with staffing my practice.
For the administrative positions i look for people with a high level of patience as many clients are older and have a difficulty understanding.
I also look for people who have a commanding presence able to deal with insurance companies for information.
Basically a balance between the two is ideal.
