My name is Jeremy and I, along with three ultra runners, manage a barefoot/minimalist running site. I have just recently gotten back into running with a minimalist approach and have never felt better. For years I was unable to run due to joint pain and fatigue, but ever since I donned the minimalist shoe I have had fabulous runs and have even done distances that I never thought that I would do. I ran my first 10k race this past Saturday and had been doing some 4-6 mile runs before that.

    I feel great!!

    Hi Jeremy,

Please excuse my ignorance but I am not really in the 'know how' with mimimalist running and would like to know more! Do you have any particular shoes or brands you use? How does this go with those with biomec issues and orthotic devices?? What surfaces do you run on?

    Thank you!
