How does the grading system for podiatrists in Australia work? I have not been able to find a website that can help to explain it better. Anyone willing to enlighten me on this matter please.

It is based on the various awards and enterprise agreements for allied health. They are different from state to state, and between sectors (Community, Hospital, Private) but basically
    Grade 1: Entry Level
Grade 2: Required to perform more specialized work
Grade 3 (Senior Clinician); Have the skills and knowledge to perform more specialized work
Grade 4: an "expert" in a specific area.

the Victorian EBA is here with podiatry definitions on page 196

NSW grading and pay are on the NSW Health web site and goes from 1-8.
