    Hi All

Just a quick question -but probably many answers.

I have always tried to avoid doing too many Laps because of the long non Weight bearing time needed.

Was in Chicago recently and got talking with a few colleagues who routinely use 2 X screws, get their patients ambulating in 2 weeks in stiff soled shoe etc.

I thought that movement/ non-union, dorsiflexion, fixation fracture etc were still an issue.

    Have I got this wrong?????

    Many thanks
