the thoughts of the new kid

    Somebody with the resources needs to do some studies on the whole barefoot running question. There are literally thousands of posts and really nothing conclusive to show for it. Fascinating though!

    I'm also looking for some input on the different casting mehods for manufacturing CFO's - as that is what I do. I can't find too much out there comparing (in educated fashion) the "gold standard" neutral suspension cast and root orthotic to the impression foam cast and "Full Contact" orthotic of http://www.solesupports.com/VISITORHOME.aspx...just as one example.

    I could run on here, but as usual time is a premium.
