A patient has the right to refuse advice, just take the money and convince her to come every four weeks, thats her choice, as long as the tax payer is not funding it. I had a rheumatoid patient in yesterday in 13 cms heels. It was the geniuses in Wall Street who have just destroyed the economy of the world, spare us from these intelligent people. But then I'm Irish and we survived the famine, maybe that took intelligence! Actually we had resources and thats why we survived, it was the poor who had nothing left after paying the rent to absentee landlords who died.
