    Hola compañeros;

    En mis tratamientos ortopodológicos suelo usar resinas termoplásticas y en el 85% por ciento de ellos uso el Elemento Estabilizador de Retropié para darle mayor consistencia al soporte y control de desplazamientos laterales en el retropié. La verdad es que me va de maravilla usar dicho elemento. Pero tengo el caso de un chico con frecuentes lumbalgias y recurvatum de rodilla que dice que va muy bien con los soportes pero nota que se le carga el triceps sural. ¿Puede ser debido al proceso de adaptación al soporte, ya que tiene gran control biomecánico a nivel de retropié por el uso del EER? ¿Para aliviar sintomatología y compensar el recurvatum y la anteriorización pélvica, podría colocar un alza bilateral de unos 3mm, siempre que realize estiramientos de la musculatura posterior? Gracias de antemano.
