Has there been any research into vibration and blood flow in patients with peripheral ischaemia?

I have been searching for information on the use of vibration to increase blood flow to ischeamic ulcers after one of my long term ischaemic ulcer clients had rapid healing after he started using a foot massage/vibration machine. Completely anicdotal but interesting.

    Can anyone help?
