Hi all just wondering what your thoughts are on training sports store staff on shoe fitting. What would be your top 5 tips? There seems to be such a lot of movement away from the arch height and pronation, supination , Neutral model, with the literature claiming that this approach doesnt reduce running injuries. My feeling is comfort, the right shoe for the right activity and foot shape should be prime influencers

    Welcome Pod West!

Great questions. If you repost in another forum, you will get more replies? I think?

    These are an excellent start!

The stores that we use have directives from their head office as they are franchises.

We did work closely with one manager who changed their ways for our written referrals.

    Good luck!
