Hi everyone

I am trying to find any literature written papers etc on any of the following..

Are Diabetic services being implemented in an integrated way ? or
Multidisciplinary care in regards to Diabetes etc..

please can you forward me the link or point me in the right direction

The Loddon Mallee Region in Victoria developed MDT care of Pre-diabetes, DM 1, DM2, Gestational diabetes.
This involved: GPs, practise nurses, DM educators, podiatrists, endocrinologist, pharmacists, physiotherapists and dieticians.
