  2. They've been around here in California for the past 10 years. You should see them try to run across the street with the waist of their pants falling around their knees as they almost trip and fall over their pants. Quite comical at times.

Like barefoot running, it is a clothing fad that too will pass with time. Just hope none of them get run over by a car due to their stupidity.

If they are run down as teenies, at least they will have removed themselves from the gene pool before doing any permanent damage................

  5. I thought I read ( some years ago) that President Obama gave a pep talk to the youth of America, about pulling their pants up and covering up their undies.

For low slung trousers read: Bettle hair cuts; long hair; shaved heads; mini skirts; visible bra straps; tight trousers; short trousers; long trousers; baggy trousers; stacked shoes; tatoos, piercings, etc, etc, etc.

Is it is a sign of 'stupidity'? Does it do any 'damage'? Does it needs a 'pep' talk or does it just get 'better' with age, ie they in their turn become Kevins, Robs, Craigs and Jillians
