    Hiya,

    This one sounds like you may have excessive perspiration (hyperhydrosis)/ or if there are small craters forming - a condition known a pitted keratolysis, a bacterial condition due to hyperhydrosis or pH change in the skin... Treatments can include http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1053078-treatment. You will need to see a podiatrist that can prescribe antibiotics or a gp if in Aus/NZ and also assess your feet and footwear. Please wait for other opinions on here. Cheers, Pip
