I spent much time at the Muybridge exhibit while it was at the Corcoran Museum of Art in Washington, DC this past summer. It's nice to see that the exhibit has "legs" and is still on the road. It is definitely worth a visit.

I probably need to follow up sometime with an article about Etienne Jules Marey and his contributions and also add a bit more about Muybridge and his work at the University of Pennsylvania with Thomas Eakins.

I was glad to see that this exhibit was headed to the Tate. We had the pleasure, here in DC, 3 years ago, of seeing a fine exhibit of JMW Turner's art at the National Gallery of Art, much of which came from the Tate. I enjoyed that exhibit enough to visit it on 3 separate occasions.
