Has anyone hear/seen any recent research on the use of low level laser in wound care?

Some of my colleagues in Belfast City Hospital use low level laser to treat wounds. My colleague in the University of Ulster did her PhD on this - but it is 12 years ago - have contact details if you want them let me know!
