Nail skin growth?

    Hello, we are a few second year students and we are having difficulty with this patient we have seen in the hospital. The lady has given us written consent to add this to the forum. The skin seems to be growing on the top of the nail and has little fingers....
    We have no idea what this is????
    Appreciate your help guys!
