LIGAMENTO DE HOOD

    Buenas Tardes:
    He estado buscando información sobre el Ligamento de Hood, la verdad que no encontré nada al respecto. ME gustaría saber, en que zona del pie se encuentra, donde se inserta y demás. Toda la información posible me viene bien.

    El ligamento de hood no es en realidad un verdadero ligamento, es la terminación del tendón del extensor largo del hallux. En su inserción en la cabeza de la falange proximal del hallux/ cápsula articular interfalángica forma una especie de caperuza (hood en inglés) para un mejor anclaje en el hueso.

    Hola Isabel, Carmen está en lo cierto, si necesitas bibliografía en la que poder encontrarlo de forma explayada, te recomiento el libro de anatomía de pie y tobillo Sarrafian. Ahí puedes encontrar prácticamente todo acerca de estructuras de pie y tobillo.
