This should be interesting. Loved watching these guys run (preferably against each other). I don't think Daniel Radcliffe looks like Coe though. Interesting reading the comments of the above cited article i.e. the amount of dislike for Coe. At the time (late 70's - 80's) Coe seemed to be the favourite, the likable guy; Coe was the good guy (i.e. the boy next door) & Ovett the bad (I like Ovett as well, but we know what the media is like - had to develop a good & bad guy ). Well, that's how I interpreted it as a young boy... the variety of books/articles I read about them suggested the same sort of thing at the time.

Anyway, Daniel Radcliffe has his work cut out - how is he ever going to run like Coe - emulating his technique... the relaxed, flowing style with powerful kick... this in itself takes talent & years of solid conditioning...

That was my recollection; Coe always seem to be portrayed as the Good guy and Ovett as the bad guy - I do recall hoping that Coe would get the better of him!. I just read both their profiles at Wikipedia and there is nothing to suggest that this was the case!
