    Aloha,

    Does anyone know how strong a magnet would need to be to be able to repel body weight with enough force to make a significant difference in energy return?

    Would it cover its cost in additional weight to the footwear system, whereas an increase of 100 grams of footwear weight is offset be a 1% reduction of energy efficiency?

    Reference claims 7-8 of this new footwear patent.
