    I have found MET treatment helpful when treating plantar fascilitis alongside other measures

    A simple stretch Will not necessarily change the muscle firing order that is causing the over use injury.
    I also have found active assisted motion of joints retrains the muscles to work at greater length. The restricted motion can often be attributed to a habitual limp that is no longer necessary.
