    Hey everyone,

I am having trouble finding any information in regards to plantar plate injuries in athletes (predominantly tears and ruptures) such as rates of occurrence in sports etc. Just wondering has there been any research on it?

Any replies would be very much appreciated.
    Thanks for your time :)

Here's one article to start you off.

Out of interest are you a student doing an assignment/piece of work?
