The "fluff" posting or signal/noise ratio is a concern to any forum and can become a problem. I sometime go and delete 'fluff' posts a week or so after posting in threads as they serve no long term purpose to the value of the topic.

maybe a ratings system might add to the sense of numinous felt by some members or maybe decrease any solipsism

Is it solipsistic in here or is it just me?

Just love Google. Very glad it wasn't just me being a bit thick ;)

Hmmm. Hope you mean " Very glad it wasn't just me being a bit thick" and not "Very glad it wasn't just me being a bit thick"

You can go off a person, you know Mand` ;)

Ok, this is `fluff`, but we`re allowed to in the break room, aren`t we?

Fluffing means something completely different in another industry

 Good ol` urban dictionary. I have learnt much from you Robin. Just the other day I was watching some innocuous street theatre about a tea party and there was a scene entitled `soggy biscuit`. My friend asked me why I was laughing so much...I couldn`t explain it to him.

I have tried to work cloying and hubris in to a reply but have failed .

I found out what soggy biscuit is ,not a game to play at christmas with the family !

Perhaps not! Unless you wish to star on the Jeremy Kyle show

Podiatry Arena is very educational. Sometimes too much ......:dizzy:

    :drinks

  18. You're just not trying. Hubris should be simple enough to get an inclusion on.

My word of the day is obstreperous.

I like obfuscating, the word that is, not being obfuscating.

Not as impressive or difficult to work into a conversation as numinous our solipsism (which, rather interestingly were predicted on my swype app) but a good word nevertheless and quite onomatopoeic I always think.

I keep going on about swype but it is the absolute dogs danglies as far a smart phone text entry is concerned. If you are interested, click on the linky . It automatically selects android for me as I have an HTC but it is available for the i phone.

I have no financial interest in the company (more's the pity!) I just love the app.

I think it is important when treating patients not to do anything that deletrious to them or leave them discombobulated what say you?

I`d say; it is just as important to ensure that we excoriate any excrescence.

  27. Must you inflict more of your Fullsome Fatuous Folly upon us? Sending your factotum to facilitate your facundity I'll bet! You, sir, are a fanfaron

  30. If thats the case I´m out - :D - Tim just read a few of my posts for an explanation even though English is my 1st language not my strong suits - spelling once described by Spooner as appalling :drinks

Everyone deserves one chance, Tim. However, if your circle joins in my circle, they'll form a chain. I can't have a chink in my chain.

BTW, I am going to be `Pamela Martha Focker`. But that`s nothing to gasconade about......

  34. timharmey

Ok I will give it a go. I think it would be presumptuous to be Mr focker or the young Ben Stiller, to be the cat would be to self effacing so i will pump for the mad De niro character

    Suits you...

...but we`re still waiting for your complex `F`, or even, `G` word, or is it just Isaacs and myself that get the whole alphabetic thing?

I get it , I will apply myself to the task .The saving grace of Raging Bull is the end " I could have been a Contender "speech .It can be reworked to " I could of been somebody instead I am a Corn Tender".Trival movie fact the I could of been a contender speech from on the water front was ab libbed and done in one take. The thing i have against sports movies is why not just watch sport as Sid waddel said "This is real life Shakespeare" He also said " This is the greatest come back since Lazurus" but that is slightly wandering from the point

In this forum, bloggers famigerate about Podiatry in their countries :)
Some may gnathonize Spooner and Kirby while others are totally isangelous and self-righteous :)

    ... there is an F G and I for you Bel :)

  38. I did F already! Keep up!

Your Jactancy shows you to be a janiform Jocko and I make no apology for the jeremiad

I'm not actually a Jocko but I am grateful you appreciate my fear of failure (see a decrease in jactancy just for you Izzy)

I wouldnt even accuse you of replying keleusmatically though I suspect slight rejoicing over our labascate in this endeavour.
