    Hello everyone
I was recently discussing with our Director of Physio that they have a 'Physiotherapy Leadership' meeting where Heads of Department and Clinical Leaders (ie Chiefs) meet.
Is there currently something set up for Podiatry Leaders?
We have the Public Sector SIG but this is more of a general meeting.
    Would love your feedback.
    Many thanks

    Dear Hazel,

in fact there is such a group -it has been going for a number of years i find it a really useful resource. Contact Steven Tucker to be added to the contact list. (next meeting is the 19th August).

Hazel, The Pod HODs as Marg has stated have been operating for about 6 years in Victoria. It, unlike the PIM group, runs independantly of the A.Pod.A., but liases as necassary. The group shares various bits of information on student placements, policies, QI and business plans etc. To be involved you need to be involved and manage a podiatry service in the public sector. We meet quaterly, alternating between metro and regional locations, with 10 pod managers from about 20 members attending each meeting.

    Dear Steven & Marg
Thanks so much for that feedback. I would very much appreciate being added to the contact list, and will endeavour to attend the August meeting.

    Warm wishes
