    I have a patient who has extreme hypersensitivity of both dorsal and plantar surfaces that has been present for over 15 years. She has been prescribed orthoses, exercises, acupuncture, homeopathy, and massage by other practitioners but nothing has provided relief. She was Dx with diabetes in April 2009. She describes her feet as permanently suffreing from a Chinese burn. There is a bulge of the discs at L5-6. Both her sister & daughter & cousin have similar symptoms but are not Diabetic. ANy suggestions on how to desensitise her feet and the possible etilology?

  2. Hi Max, You might want to post your question in the Diabetes or general forum, you probably will get more responses there.

    Good luck and :welcome::welcome:
