Hello,

I code podiatry clinics. I need clarification and any website that you can offer me. When a Medicare procedure is performed on a Medicare or Medicare product patient, a class findings modifier MUST be attached. I know what the class modifiers are and their descriptions, I need a definitive answer that a modifier must be attached in order to get paid.
