This business is an original approach to the provision of foot-care. It is carried out from a retail unit, which is occupied on a yearly renewable license, in a popular out-of-town shopping centre near Newton Abbot, and consists of a chiropody treatment room, fronted by a useful-sized retail showroom and sales area.
The business first opened in October 2008 and is developing steadily. It is acquiring a strong reputation for the supply of excellent clinical treatment, and the provision of a quality range of foot care necessities, including OTC orthotics and foot beauty accessories.
The sale will include the transfer of the license, goodwill, clinical and showroom equipment and stock at valuation. The reason for the sale is that the current proprietor is seeking to concentrate on her other business a few miles away. She would be available to the purchaser for advice for an agreed period after the sale.
