Default Musculoskeletal services framework - effect on podiatrists

I'm podiatry student and I'd be very grateful of anyone's experiences of the affect of the musculoskeletal services framework on the role of the podiatrist for an essay I am writing.

Has the framework affected the role of the generalist podiatrist or just the musculoskeletal podiatrist or both? Many thanks.
