    Salary: $80,262 – $88,771 p.a.
    The Tasmanian Department of Health and Human Services seeks to appoint a Diabetes Specialist Podiatrist to join the friendly and professional team at the North West Regional Hospital.
    This position is required to provide a highly specialised diabetes podiatry assessment and therapeutic service at the NWRH Diabetes Centre and to clients of the North West Area Health Service (NWAHS), whilst operating within a Chronic Disease management framework to reduce the rate of foot infection and co-current amputation in people with diabetes.
    This position also undertakes an authoritative leadership role and maintains specialised knowledge to contribute to clinical best practice for podiatry services provided within the NWRH Diabetes Centre in accordance with organisational policies, best practice standards and the professional code of conduct of the Australia Podiatry Association.
