Not sure that this clinic room is perfect but I am aware that T&S orthotics have clinic rooms available, (in croydon), which I used to use to see private patients in London.

I have a room available, just about to post it here. It is on the Eastern London/ Essex borders with very good transport links into Central London. We have a multidisciplinary clinic. Would be good if it did suit you. Equipment, consumables, reception provided and established patient list.
