    hi there

    After reading the article I find literature that says what the angles to be measured for the more efficient running. Does anyone could tell me some articles where the angles appear to be valued?

    ... there aren't really any. They just making it up! .... however, there would probably be a pretty good consensus among the running technique coaches that the "angles" are pretty good ball park figures to aim for.
