    Hi Simon,

This thread is a few months old admittedly - but only just stumbled across it. Is there an article you can ping over to me or point me in the direction of regarding this please?

    Thanks

    Ian

    Thanks Simon.

I have managed to get a copy of the Jozsa paper, but am struggling to get the Kujala paper. Found it here on Science Direct but my subscription level does not allow me access to the full version - anyone out there able to help?
