Scrol down to "Whats Going On" on the Forums page and you will see the weather information. What you need to do is log into your UserCP or My Account to edit your weather information.
Once there, work out the code for your location and enter it; choose standard or metric for your units; then return to the Forums page for the weather.
For more detailed information. click on the weather icon at the left of the weather panel!
