Podiatry Room available in Geelong

I am currently running a small private practice in geelong and open mon, tue, wed, every 2nd thurs and some sats.
I am looking to work part time in sydney thur-sat and so the room is available those days.
It is fully equip and there is a client base established for 2 years only. There is plenty of room to expand I just haven't had time to do alot.
Good referral base from surrounding GP's and word of mouth.
Some nursing home and home visit work also available if wanted.
