Hi Karen & to Podiatry Arena,

Why worried?

The biomechanics threads can be a little daunting.

My tip would be to start at the beginning & if you read something you are unsure of or feel you have something to add to a post then please do post.

There are many eminent Podiatrists from around the world who regularly take the time to share their expertise on the Arena.

If you are a Pod' student there are many threads on the education area with tagged threads to assist you if you have a particular area of interest.

However, all members of the Arena abide by a strict code & rarely bite (unless provoked or antagonised)

It is always a good idea before you post to consider your question carefully & check for spolling mustooks before you post as this helps those reading in providing a professional & helpful response.

Happy posting,

Thumbs up Re: Pod student form Newcastle NSW

Thanks Heather
You don't happen to be a wizz on Blake inverted devices by any chance?
More specifically, applying the plaster for the lateral/heel post and then taking it off?
Mine looks like a dog's breakfast.
Cheers.

Hi, sorry I can not help you with Plaster additions. I have the luxury of no longer having to do this as I use a lab.
We all start with dog's breakfasts and worse, so don't worry you are not alone

Good Luck
cheers

Smile Re: Pod student form Newcastle NSW

Thanks again for your reassurance, Heather.

I'll just have to get used to using a hammer until I have the luxury of using a lab one day!

Cheers

Karen
