Default Podiatry Arena and the First Amendment

I have to comment on this....

Occasionally I have to lock threads, edit messages, remove messages and less frequently ban people. Usually when that happens, I get messages saying "well done", "good riddance", "about time" etc as well as abuse for doing so. ....don't figure

Now I just got an abusive email from a member because I deleted their message (now ex-member, cause I just banned them - not for the message, but the abuse) because I was trampling on their First Amendment rights to free speech. duh? (...I guess they also did not read the forum rules they agreed to when joining).

I am not even in the USA and looks as though I know more about the First Amendment to the Constitution than this ex-member does and they are from the USA!! .... they should be ashamed of their knowledge.

For those who do not know, the First Amendment provides protection against the US government from hindering free speech. Podiatry Arena is NOT part of the US government!

For those in need of an education, here is the Wikipedia article on the First Amendment.

Sounds like another one of those whiners http://www.podiatry-arena.com/podiat...=8994#post8994. Craig, you, along with your other moderators and newbots (whatever they are) do a great job with this website. However, no amount of congratulations on my part is going to grow any more hair on your head. Sorry.

I can only echo Kevin's comments about this site.

As for that fellow countryman who does not know about the Constitution .... did you send them that Wikipedia article?
