Hello, I am a first year mature (very!) student. Just found this site and already found new web sites to help me. Thanks. Must admit to finding the studies daunting at the moment..so much to learn. I really want to understand everything and sites like this help. Having a bit of trouble with biomechanics at the moment but enjoying it all.

Unfortunatly biomechanics is one of those subjects that you really need to get on top of as it underpins so much of what we do. Any extra effort is worth it.

Default Biomechanics

Thanks for the reply. It would seem that you do more biomechanics than we do in UK. I have done one term and that will be it until next year! Not really enough. I have found La Trobe site very helpful and am often downloading the lecture notes. This student would dearly love to be a no 1 type student so back to the books....

Hi, having just completed essay on functional hallux limitus and the windlass mech. I can reccomend the JAPMA wb site for research on the lastest and greatest BMX theories... if it's any consolation everyone is my year is also confused.... this should encourage "critical thinking"... AKA confusion??? It's all good
