There were two video clips in this thread on how to do the manipulation, but the owners of the clips removed them from You Tube, so they were no longer available. The first one has been replaced with a new one. I am grateful for Ted Jedynak for making this clip available for the Podiatry Arena You Tube channel (if you join You Tube, you can subscribe to the chanel fro email updates of new videos)
