Hi everyone

My name is caz just studying for biomechanics HELP haha my exams in 3 weeks will i ever feel ready and fully understand it.

CAZ if you fully understand biomechanics YOU ARE a STEP AHDEAD of the rest of the world.
As you are no doubt already aware there are moany thoughts on how the body moves and what makes it move and what it responds to.
