Default Anglesey North Wales Practice up for grabs

Anglesey - North Wales currently Part-time
I set up a private practice in August 2007 on Anglesey, North Wales. A most beautiful island off the north coast within a stones throw of Snowdonia National Park.
The business has grown quite quickly and by mid-2008 I was working up to 2.5 days per week. The original plan was a part time practice with time for other activites however along side this my husband and I now own a thrieving Hotel business and my podiatry practice has suffered neglect. In spite of this the business is still growing but my time is limited and at present I dont have a day off!! Would love to sell

The practice is located in a ground floor premises with separate w/r & w/c . Located main road in busy village. Ample free parking and within easy access of the A55 expressway.

Huge scope for growth with practitioner who has more time to network etc - 1st year turnover £18,000 2 days/wk. Current lease due renewal in May 09 with option for a further 3 yrs. Rent very reasonable low overheads. Quick sale required willing to discuss options for long term buy out. Reasonable offers considered. Would consider associate.
