Default Moving to New Zealand- Is honours necessary

Podiatry Arena members do not see these ads
Hi there,

Ive just started my 3rd year of podiatry at Queen Margaret University College in Edinburgh and I plan to graduate after my 3rd year and move to New Zealand to live with my partner.

When I have graduated I will be a qualified Podiatrist however to gain honours at Queen Margarets I would have to do my fourth year and although I would like to do it, it might not be possible for me.

I was just wondering whether finishing after third year will affect my chances of finding a job in New Zealand? Is it necessary to have a honours degree?

Also is it possible to do honours in New Zealand?

Any help would be great.

Thank you !

Cara :)

Hi Cara,

You don't need an Honours degree to work in NZ.

Honours in podiatry has just been set up this year....and i'm doing it!!

good luck
